Orders & Products

Where are Incentive Cashmere products made?

All our garments are crafted in Italy with the highest standards of luxury and sustainability.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some pieces are limited editions and may not return. However, classic items are restocked regularly. Please sign up for our newsletter to be informed.

How do I choose the right size?

Please consult our Size Guide for detailed measurements. If you are unsure, our customer care team will be happy to advise you personally in our support chat.

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship across the European Union, to the USA and Canada and to selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders above €350 within Europe ship free of charge.
For other orders, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Customers outside the EU are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.

How long does delivery take?

Within the EU: 3–7 business days.
International orders: 7–14 business days (depending on customs).

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, if the size you need is available. Customers are responsible for return shipping, but we cover the cost of sending the replacement item.

What happens if I send back a used or damaged item?

Unfortunately, such items cannot be refunded. Upon request, we can return them to you at your expense.

Payments & Security

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections via Shopify’s trusted payment gateway.

Care & Materials

How should I care for my cashmere or leather pieces?

Please see our Product Care Guide for detailed instructions. Cashmere requires gentle care to maintain its softness and shape.

Are your products sustainable?

Yes. We source high-quality natural fibers and work with local Italian artisans, ensuring ethical and sustainable production.
