Product Care
Our collections are crafted from the world’s finest natural materials.
With proper care, each piece will accompany you for many years.
Below you’ll find our recommendations for maintaining the beauty of your garments.
100% Luxury Cashmere
- Always hand wash in cold water with a delicate cashmere shampoo.
- If machine washing is necessary, use a delicate wool cycle with cold water at a maximum of 15 °C
- Use a mild wool detergent (e.g., The Laundress Wool & Cashmere Shampoo or Maison Delphine).
- Avoid twisting or wringing; gently press out excess water.
- Dry flat on a towel, away from direct sunlight or heat.
- Store folded, never hung, to preserve shape.
- Use a cedar block or lavender sachet to protect from moths.
- Cashmere naturally refreshes itself — simply let it air out for a day, and it feels like new again.
EcoLuxe Premium Cotton
- Machine wash on a gentle cycle at max 30°C.
- Use mild liquid detergent without bleach.
- Air dry flat or on a hanger; avoid direct sun to prevent fading.
- Iron with low to medium heat if needed.
- For white cotton, use gentle oxygen-based brighteners, never chlorine bleach.
Nappa Leather (Smooth Leather)
- Clean with a soft damp cloth; avoid aggressive cleaners.
- Nourish with a luxury leather conditioner (e.g., Saphir Médaille d’Or Cream).
- Use a dedicated leather protection spray for extra resistance.
- Keep away from direct sunlight or heaters to avoid drying out.
- Store in dust bags, filled with tissue paper to maintain shape.
Suede Leather
- Protect before first wear with a suede spray protector (e.g., Collonil or Saphir).
- Brush regularly with a suede brush to remove dust and restore texture.
- For stains, use a special suede eraser or gentle suede cleaner.
- Keep away from water; if wet, blot gently and let dry naturally.
- Store in a breathable dust bag, never plastic.
Silk
- Hand wash is always preferred for all types of silk. Use cold or lukewarm water (up to 20 °C) with a gentle detergent.
- If machine washing is necessary, use the silk or delicate program (up to 20 °C), use a laundry bag.
- Lightweight silk: Handle with extra care – do not rub, stretch or wring. Simply swirl lightly in water and rinse gently.
- Heavyweight Silk: May be hand washed or dry cleaned. Treat gently in water and avoid strong agitation.
- Drying: Never wring silk. Gently press excess water out using a towel. Lay flat or hang to dry away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
- Ironing/Steaming: Iron on the reverse side at low temperature, ideally while still slightly damp, or use a steamer. For very fine silk, place a cloth between the iron and the fabric.
