Delivery
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
Delivery within Europe
We ship to all EU countries with a delivery time of 2–5 business days.
Free Delivery in Germany and Europe
for orders above €350.
For non-EU European countries such as Switzerland, Norway or Monaco, delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days.
All parcels include tracking and insurance.
United States
We offer standard international delivery to the USA.
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Tracking is included with every order.
United Kingdom
Delivery to the UK takes around 3–7 business days.
Please note that customs duties and VAT may be applied upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.
Canada
Standard shipping to Canada takes approximately 7–14 business days.
Orders are shipped with tracking. Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs procedures.
Change Policy
If the size you ordered does not fit, we will be happy to arrange a change, provided that the requested size is available in stock.
Please note that:
The cost of returning the item to us is always at the customer’s expense.
We will cover the cost of sending the new size back to you.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
We recommend contacting us in advance to confirm the availability of the size you would like to exchange.
Returns & Refunds
Return Period
Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
Condition of Goods
Products must be unworn, unused, and returned in the same quality as received.
All labels and original packaging must be included.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only after inspection of returned items.
The purchase amount will be refunded once the product is confirmed in original condition.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless faulty items are received.
Shipping & Duties
All orders are shipped from Germany.
Prices displayed on our website include German VAT (19%) for deliveries within the European Union.
For shipments outside the EU — including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, and Canada — no VAT will be charged at checkout.
But the UK government may apply UK import VAT + duties upon delivery.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We ship on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning any import-related costs are not included in your order total. We recommend checking local customs regulations for estimated charges before placing an order.
